MY STORY

Brian Koellish is a U.S. Army Veteran who served his nation globally, including a deployment to Afghanistan. Through this service to the country, he and his family fell in love with the Heartland of Kentucky and decided to call it their home.


During his service in the military, Brian and his family lived through the struggles that many other military families have when it comes to finding housing during a Permanent Change of Station. He knows firsthand how important it is to quickly find your home at Fort Knox while balancing both work and family life. Additionally, Brian has on numerous occasions personally experienced the process of obtaining a VA loan and is a valuable member of your team from the time you put in an offer until closing and beyond.


Raised with a camera in his hand, Brian is an avid photographer. This skill is instrumental to the success of our listings at REALTY WORLD Knox Realty Group as he incorporates his attention to detail and artistic style into each listing he touches. He also holds an FAA Pilot license which allows him to augment the listings with incredible aerial imaging and videos. You will be nothing less than impressed by having him on your team to market your property.


Brian currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Radcliff Small Business Alliance (RSBA) and works actively in the real estate business as a Sales Agent and REALTOR; primarily within Hardin and Meade Counties. Brian’s successful real estate investing experience also enables him to help clients develop an investment strategy for financial growth through real estate ownership.

 

He currently holds the National Association of Realtors certifications for Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) as well as the Real Estate Business Institute certification for Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS). 


Brian is a columnist for the Wright Legacy Group's Focus on Finance column which is published in The News Enterprise wherein he discusses real estate related matters.
